- Solder mask, expansion as per standard
- Via clearances in the soldermask as per the special design rules of the Rot am See prototype plant
- Markings: date code / UL / (UR 94 V-0 if space permits) will be added if there is no clear board marking specification, the markings will be placed ideally in the soldermask over a copper free area (or if there is a delivery panel then in the panel frame as applicable)
- Copper balancing will be added in the delivery panel frame to achieve an optimal copper distribution
- Profile will be routed according to the profile supplied in the gerber data, no check against dimensional drawing
- Dimensional discrepancies from the quotation will be ignored (no customer clarification, will be manufactured according to gerber data)
- PTH / NPTH allocation according to the layout (if customer requirements are unclear)
- If there is no specified layer build then the stack will be created according to Würth Elektronik standard/manufacturability
- Specified copper thicknesses are always: inner layer base copper = finished thickness and outer layer = finished thickness
- If there is no surface finish specified then the surface finish will be according to quotation or ENIG
- If there is no legend print colour specified then white inkjet
- Vias with a finished hole diameter ≤0.35mm will be reduced (if the annular ring is insufficient)
- Copper will be clipped back from the board edge (SMD 20%)
- If the break-off tab positions have not been specified then break-off tabs will be added at own discretion
- Copper will be clipped back from NPTH holes and cut-outs
- PCBs will be held in delivery panel with standard break-off tabs where possible, otherwise with a 1mm tab accordingly
- Rout path always 2.00mm (if nothing else specified)
- Scoring web always 0.30mm ±0.10mm on PCBs with a thickness up to 2.00mm / 0.40mm ±0.10mm >2.00mm
- Specified PCB thickness always total thickness
- Data will not be sent for customer approval, data will only be sent for information
- Maximum PCB dimensions 426.00 x 271.00mm
